The company GOGAKIS DIMITRIOS, a food industry and all its employees, are committed to the safe production and distribution of food by implementing the HACCP principles and food safety management systems in accordance with the EN ISO 22000:2018 standard, to which the company is certified by an independent certification body, is aware of food safety risks and the importance of food safety and hygiene for consumers of its products, maintains open and clear communication between all stakeholders, and provides adequate resources for the safe and hygienic handling of food, controls are carried out continuously, timely and effectively for the integrity of the food hygiene system, ensures its compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements of the legislation and encourages the continuous improvement of the food safety management system taking into account developments in science, technology and best practices.
